Thanks for the order, just making sure you know the ballnuts are not included in my kits.

the ballnut for the X axis needs the corners rounded over to fit the curved underside of the table.
remove the ball bearings and either grind the corners or mill them.

I just ordered the x2 ballscrew kit and stop blocks and the roton ball nuts. What modifications to the mill to make them fit?

The day started off with looking for affordable DRO's, and finding Meistershop (Singapore) and linking along via Steve Bedair and many others I stumbled upon the Hossmachine. Liked what I saw, and that was quite a lot too. (Most of YouTube incl.) Would be a bit costly for my Induma 1A (Italian 4000 lbs. beast) probably, but a nice dream it is. Maybe start off with the Myford S7 ? (;-))
Keep it up, you seem to be enjoying yourself, I can tell by the "There you go's" when something works all right.

Hey Hoss,
I'm building the CNC Conversion from your plans and notieced on your plan for "z axis ballscrew mount rev c" tehre isnt any measurements for the countersunk top mounting holes was wondering if you can give an update to that or should I just wing it? haha
